Shipping Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

  • Free Shipping on Orders $198 – are offered to most of the Continental United States but exclude the following states - Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, Alaska & Hawaii.
  • Heavy Shipments: Orders/shipments weighing over 300 lbs. will be shipped using an LTL Carrier.
  • Expedited faster shipping methods are available by special request. Faster UPS shipping options will increase delivery shipping charges by up to triple or more. Please contact us via email or by telephone PRIOR to placing your order for an expedited shipping cost quote.

    • Shipment of Orders

  • We ship via FedEx, UPS, and LTL carriers, and use the carrier offering the lowest price based on package size, weight, and destination.
  • Most orders are shipped within 24 hours after order submission (excluding weekends/holidays).
  • Local Pick Up's are Not Allowed: Our location is not a retail store — all orders will be shipped to your location within 24 hours.
  • We do not ship outside of the United States or allow International Freight Forwarding Companies.

    • Shipping Confirmation Email

    USA Ratchet will send you a shipping confirmation email on the day your order ships. The email will include the following information:

  • Tracking number(s)
  • Shipment date
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Shipping delivery address

    • If you do not receive delivery of your order by the expected delivery date, please contact us to determine the reason for delay in delivery.

    Shipping Methods & Transit Times

    We use UPS Ground and FedEx Ground as our standard shipping methods.

    Return Policy

    To be eligible for a return, you must request an Return Authorization Number within 15 Days of purchase. Your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All returns are subjected to a 20% restocking fee.

    You will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs for returning unwanted items to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any shipping costs that were paid for by USA Ratchet to ship goods to you will be deducted from your refund.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

    Cancellations

    If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so if the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
